Love God Love People: The Greatest Commandment - Week 1

The mark of a Christian is love. While this may seem like an easy mark to hit, it’s much more difficult than many of us expect. The only way we can love well is by beginning with a devoted love for God. Only by receiving the love of God and loving Him in return can we love ourselves and others in a healthy fashion.
No matter the circumstances we find ourselves in, we are meant to love God and love people. During His earthly ministry, Jesus was asked: “Which is the greatest commandment?” His answer helps clarify things for his disciples both then and now; Love God and love people.

Have you ever asked yourself, "Why does God love me?" The truth is, God loves you infinitely. Nothing can stop Him from loving you. But knowing it and believing it are two different things.
