Our message this week underscores the importance of empowering the next generation of leaders. We know that every person, Gen Z to the Elders , has unique gifts and talents that can be used to make a difference in the world.

Pursuing a Deeper Life: Openness

Have you ever had a conversation with someone who was open to talking about their faith? Maybe it was a friend, family member, or even a stranger. If so, how did you respond?
In today's message, we see how in Acts 8, Philip responded to the Ethiopian eunuch, who was open to learning more about the gospel. Philip engaged him with curiosity and humility, contextualized the gospel to his life, and seized the opportunity to share Jesus.
This New Testament story can provide some guidance on how we can respond to those we meet with spiritual openness so that we can all pursue a deeper life in Christ.

When You’re Empty | Reformation Sunday - Created to Dream-Week 5

God created us to do many things, but above all, he created us to dream. Dreaming God’s dreams enables us to live the life God created us to live. Sometimes you get a dream from God and make the decision to go for it—but then you’re forced into God’s waiting room. When that happens, you have two choices: You can try to figure it out on your own, or you can have faith in God’s timing.
We've talked about our Dreams and the Decisions we need to make. We've leaned into understanding our delays and even difficulties in life. Sometimes we even end up at a dead end and life seems almost impossible. But that's not the end. Let's look at the Miracle of Fish from Luke 5:1-11.

God created us to do many things, but above all, he created us to dream. Dreaming God’s dreams enables us to live the life God created us to live. Sometimes you get a dream from God and make the decision to go for it—but then you’re forced into God’s waiting room.
When that happens, you have two choices: You can try to figure it out on your own, or you can have faith in God’s timing Here's the reality: the way you get spiritual renewal is by spending time with God and it's not a secret that you do that by being persistent.
